How do I create an account in Zillum?
To create an account in Zillum, you need to have a valid email address. Go to the sign up page, provide the details, set a password, and create an account. You can sign in using the credentials you set.
Note: If you are an existing Zoho user, you need to provide an email address different from that of your Zoho address to sign up for Zillum.
Am I bound to Zoho by any contract?
Zillum is an annual payment service. This means there are no long-term contracts. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time from the Subscription Settings in Zillum.
I am an existing Zoho User. Can I sign up for Zillum using the same credentials?
If you are a registered Zoho business user, you cannot use the same credentials to access Zillum. Please sign up using a different email address and contact number.
Do you offer a free trial? How long is the free trial?
Yes, Zillum comes with a 15-day free trial, after which you have to move to a plan that best suits your family's needs.
Will the data be safe? What measures does Zillum take to protect data?
We’re serious about keeping your data safe and secure. Our facilities feature stringent 24/7 security with video monitoring, biometric access, and advanced fire, flood, and theft monitoring systems. Our network security system employs the latest encryption standards, as well as intrusion detection and prevention technologies.
What is the pricing for Zillum?

What modes of payment do you accept?

What should I do if I run out of storage?
Zillum offers add-on storage which you can buy on top of your existing plan.
What applications are part of Zillum?
Zillum includes:
- Zoho Mail: email, tasks, notes and calendar
- Zoho WorkDrive: file storage and management
- Zoho Cliq: instant messaging and calling

Who has control over the family's subscription?
The person who signs up for Zillum will be the default family head and have control over the family's subscription and data. He/she can add family admins who can manage most aspects of the subscription except for a few special privileges.
Will the data be shared with the family members?
While Zillum is built for families, any data or documents you decide to keep private will be yours alone, and will not be shared with other users unless you give them access.
Can I add licenses on an incremental basis if necessary?
Currently, we have plans that support 3,5, and 10 family members. So, if you initially buy 3 licenses and want to purchase one additional license, you'll have to purchase the 5 member plan. However, we are working on supporting additional members on an incremental basis.
What is the maximum no. of users Zillum supports?
Currently, Zillum supports a maximum of 10 users.
Is Zillum mobile?
Yes, Zillum is available on your phones too. View more details here.
Are the Zillum apps compatible with files created in other programs?
Yes, you can upload files created in other programs in Zillum and work on it.
Can I set reminders for emails to take action at a later time?
You can add reminders to emails, based on the response, no response or based on a date-time irrespective of the response. The reminders can be set when composing the emails or even for the emails you receive. Learn more.
How can I send mail from another mail address?
You can add ‘Custom from’ Addresses to send mail from other email addresses. If you add an email account as ‘Custom From’, a verification code will be sent to the account. Once you verify the account in Zoho, you can select the account from the drop down box available in the Composer Window.
Is there a way to know if the email that I've sent has been read?
You can request a read receipt from the recipient using the Ask Receipt feature. In the email Compose window, click on Options from the top menubar, and select Ask Receipt. Depending on the recipient's settings, you will get a read receipt. Learn more.
How do I create a template?
To create a new template, open the email composer, type the content of the template in the compose area, and click the drop-down next to Save Draft. From the listing, select Template. The content that you added will now be saved to the Templates folder. Learn more.
Does archiving emails clear up my inbox space?
No. Archiving emails merely removes your emails from the email listing but saves it in the same folder. Archived emails still occupy the same space that they took up earlier. To clear space, you must delete emails instead of archiving them. Learn more.

Will I be able to migrate my data from an existing service?

Who is the Family Head?
The person who signs up for Zillum and sets up a domain will be the Family head by default and he/she will have full administrative controls. He/she can add family admins who can manage most aspects of the subscription except for a few special privileges.
How do I create a group email id in Zoho Mail?
Login to mailadmin.zoho.com, and go to the Groups menu. Click the Add Group button, and provide the required details and click Create Group. The email address that you've mentioned in the Group Email Id field will be the chosen email address for this group. If you want to send an email to all members of a group, the email can be sent to this address.

Can I configure more than one email address for a single user?
You can configure more than one email address for the user by adding email aliases. To add email aliases, log in to mailadmin.zoho.com, go to Mail Accounts, select the respective user, and click Add New Alias. Each user can have up to a maximum of 30 email aliases. For instructions on configuring email aliases, follow this link.
How do I contact the support team?

What are the browsers supported by Cliq?
Cliq is compatible with the following browsers:
- Safari 9 and above
- Chrome 49 and above
- Mozilla Firefox 44 and above
- Opera 45 and above
- Microsoft Edge 41 and above
Javascript is used to make Zoho Cliq interactive, and Cookies are required to store and use the current user session and details for validation. Hence the browsers should be Javascript and cookies enabled. You can refer to this third party help page, for detailed step by step instructions to enable JavaScript in popular browsers.
Is my data secure when using extensions?
Yes, the basic function of extensions is to respond to commands and process it. For specializations apart from these functions, the app will request permission to access your data. Hence your data will not be accessed without your knowledge and is therefore secure.
Can I create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations within Zoho WorkDrive?
Yes. With the built-in Zoho Office Suite in WorkDrive, you can easily create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Writer, Sheet, and Show, respectively.
What are the cloud storage services available via the Cloud Picker option?
The Cloud Picker option in Zoho WorkDrive lets you upload files from other cloud storage services like Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Evernote. Learn more
How does Search work in WorkDrive?
You can search by file or folder name, author's name, or with any keywords inside the file.
Once you get the search results for your keywords, you can further narrow down your search by adding filters such as Locations, File Types, and Dates.
Does Zillum provide add-on storage for WorkDrive?
Currently, Zillum does not support add-on storage specifically for WorkDrive. You can purchase a storage add-on for Zoho Mail.
Can I share my files to a non-Zillum member?
Yes, you can share any file you create with Edit access to members who don't use Zillum.
How do you ensure data security and privacy?
All sensitive data, including passwords, is stored in a fully encrypted form. The data is encrypted in your browser using AES 256 algorithm and then transmitted in a fully encrypted form over SSL. Our data center holds only your encrypted data. Your passphrase acts as the encryption key, which is not stored anywhere. This passphrase must be supplied every time to decrypt your data. As a result, you get complete data privacy. No one, except you, can access your data.
The passphrase I entered is correct. Why am I unable to log in?
The passphrase is case-sensitive. Check to be sure you haven't left caps lock on. If it's entered correctly, you should be logged in automatically. As you may be aware, we do not store or share your passphrase anywhere. It can be reset only by the registered user from the Vault interface. If you cannot log in and provide your old passphrase, there is no other way to reset it.
Important Note: Resetting the passphrase will only let you access the Zoho Vault again. If you have added any Secrets to Zoho Vault, you will lose that data. When you reset the passphrase, you will receive an offline encrypted HTML file with all your secrets. If you happen to recollect your passphrase in the future, you will be able to decrypt the data.
Why can't I edit Secrets that are shared with me?
This situation arises when a Secret is shared to you with the "View Only" privilege assigned by the owner. In this case, you will not have the edit pencil. The edit pencil is only visible for the Secrets in which you have "Modify" or "Manage" privileges.
When sharing secrets, what is the difference between One Click Login, View, Modify and Manage privileges?
One Click Login: For secrets shared with this permission, passwords are not shown, but shared users can automatically log-in to the websites associated with it. For example, Twitter accounts, if shared with this permission, can be used to automatically log in to the website without revealing the actual passwords.
View: When a secret is shared with this permission, shared users can view and copy the password.
Modify: For secrets shared with this permission, shared users can view, copy, and edit the password.
Manage: Besides the Modify permission, shared users can share this secret with other users. This is like co-ownership.
How do I view a list of secrets shared with a particular user?
User Access Report - This report displays access permission to Secrets by username. Secret Access Report -This report displays access permissions by Secret.
How to do I revoke access to or unshare Secrets?
Sharing can be removed for specific users from the same menu that you use to share. Click the sharing icon next to the selected Secret, then click the Share With Users link. In the resulting window, move the user from the right side to the left, using the reverse arrow icon and then click Save. Sharing for that Secret will be disabled for that user.
What is the maximum number of cells with data that a Zoho Sheet file can have?
Zoho Sheet supports up to 2 million cells of data in a single spreadsheet (across multiple sheets) with a maximum number of 65,536 rows and 256 columns per sheet.
How do I get the list of all the functions available in Zoho Sheet?
Zoho Sheet supports more than 400 predefined functions. All the functions supported by Zoho Sheet are listed in the Functions Reference page.
Can versions be created in Zoho Sheet?
While Zoho Sheet automatically saves versions of your spreadsheet, you can choose to create versions too. Zoho Sheet stores the most recent 100 versions, if you wish to revert to any of them. Learn how to create a new version, here.
Can I use keyboard shortcuts in Zoho Sheet?

What are the supported formats that can be imported into Zoho Sheet?
You can import spreadsheets in one of the below formats:

Can I install Zoho Show on my computer?
No, Zoho Show cannot be installed on your computer. You can access presentations only using a web browser and an internet connection.
Can I upload my existing presentations to Zoho Show? What file formats do you support?
Yes, you can upload your existing presentations into Zoho Show. Zoho Show supports the following file formats:
- .ppt
- .pps
- .odp
- .sxi
- .pptx
- .ppsx
Can I share a Zoho Show presentation with others for editing?
Yes, Zoho Show allows you to share and then edit your presentations at the same time as your other family members. You can also set privilege rights for shared collaborators and further secure them with a password for defined users. Only the presentations that are made public are viewable by everyone. Can I publish my presentations online?
Yes, you can publish presentations internally to members within your family or externally on the web for all users around the world. Also, you can embed the published presentation's link into a website or a blog. Learn how to publish and embed presentations on Zoho Show.
Can I restore a presentation that I deleted?
Yes, deleted presentations can be restored. Deleting a presentation sends it to the Trash folder under Zoho Docs. You can retrieve your presentation from this folder or choose to permanently delete it from there.
What is the purpose of the lock icon in Writer UI?
Lock icon will restrict access to specific features in that particular Writer document. When the users try to access the locked feature, we will throw the 'Insufficient Permissions' message pop-up.
How many Writer documents can I create with Writer?
Writer does not have any limitation to the number of documents you can create. So go ahead and create as many as you want
